HOLY SHIT this is fast! Ok, that does it, I'm going to rebuild all copying and clearing routines in my standard library to use the blitter.
Can anyone recommend a not-all-too-technical doc on doing standard stuff like copying straight blocks using the blitter? The reason I've never bothered with it before is because I've never really quite understood the docs I found at the time (which was around 92 or so, when I bought my STE).
