congratulations :)
yes, it's really slow due to reasons I described in some previous post (640x480/256 colours)... without ctpci/supervidel any game with reasonable speed can run max in 320x240 if sdl (whole screen refresh) is used.
about your question from previous post about #ifdef -- each #endif "terminates" the nearest (upward) #if (it's quite logical :)
now, when you got it running you see porting to atari isn't very complicated if you know what to do in case of problems :) thanks to sdl, sdl-based games are more problem-less than non-sdl ones but you see it isn't just ./configure, make, make install ;-)
... on the other hand, this is what makes atari fans stronger ;-)
