Hi Nicolas,
We had some similiar problems on two MegaSTEs while testing. The VBL comes too late - i had to shorten the lower border by one line for MegaSTEs. On all tested 1040STEs it worked fine.
If you want i can make a special version for you with the same behaviour.
By the way some things are different in 60 Hz mode so we need also a closing of the bottom border.
