Yes, there are FPU constants. These are defined with fEqu (not Equ) and can obviously be of the sizes .s, .d, .x and .p in addition to .w and .l.

And since you specify 040 as your cpu, i dont think you need to tell the assembler you have a co-processor as there are no 040's without fpu afaik. (unless you want backwards compatibility, but i doubt there are any opcode changes - remains to be tested).

Enjoy an FPU with decent speed atlast! :)

PS: Dont forget to align your code for superscalar, as the 060 can execute one FPU and one ALU operation on the same clock cycle!! (provided there are no stalls)
