Not all can go that low, I was just careful when selecting which one to buy. It had to be able to do 50Hz so I could code some ST demo-stuff with it.
What I got was an Eizo FlexScan S1701, which gives a pretty good picture, down below 50Hz refresh support, dual inputs (VGA and DVI) so I can use Videl and CTPCI-graphics easily without cable switching, and it's not not that expensive (about 200 euro).
