btw what version of thing you use? i tried numerous times to write thomas binder about the current status of thing (some people were so lucky to get some 1.29beta version) but i never got any reply. according to newsgroups, i'm not alone...
this guy is quite a mystery to me, he bought ct60 to restart his atari activities (which was absolutely great news) but since then (it's how many? 5 years?) i didn't hear a word from him... what's a shame since teradesk is (and forever will be) so much restricted in comparison with thing/jinnee it's not a worth of making the fork and continue in the "modern" way (care about look'n'feel and then about memory)... which is not the case of thing, author is "alive" but.... hell, in case he release source I would be even open to take care about this -- we need some COOL and open source desktop as hell.
