I have had this type of problem as MacFalcon has described. If you have some sort of thick or rugged plastic installed and taped to the bottom side of the stock Falcon keyboard you can prevent a short between the CT63 and the Keyboard and or the STRam module. It could also be a Falcon expansion port issue where the pin header is coming loose. Both of these issues would cause the situation you are having.
