Sorry but you're talking nonsense here.
There are two video clocks on the Falcon.
1. 25MHz
2. 32MHz
Normally RGB uses 32 and VGA 25. You can however set 32 in VGA as well, then you get much higher refresh rate.
When you accelerate with FalconFX, CT60 or other bus-speeders, the 32MHz clock is replaced, usually with 50MHz.
So when you configure resolutions in BlowUP you should have the 32MHz clock selected, and it will run at 50MHz with the CT60 in busacc mode. The calculs in BlowUP will show numbers as if it was 32, but it's really 50.
And that's in ALL colour modes.
