FYI, I was previously using enec6.xif. This is the one where I would sometimes get high speed, but mostly slow. I wish that I could figure out what was kicking this into high speed.

Does MiNT have duplex settings for the EtherNEC?

The one Evil suggested works almost the same, although http seems to be faster. I need to test both again with and without cache, and at different CPU speeds.
