When testing the nic speed I use the normal commandline ftp which comes as standard with Spare/EasyMiNT. The driver is the usual one from Ozk ( http://ae.dhs.nu/ct60/ne2kenec.xif ).
When testing, I do it to /ram to avoid eventual disk interference.
And my ethernec runs about 350kbyte/s on a standard 66MHz CT60, on other CT60's I've seen the same numbers.
Natures numbers for EtherNAT is much higher than those you present as well. Either your software (Cab ?? Try Highwire!) is really slow or something else is fishy.
I'll try EtherNAT once my next CT63 arrives, I'm gonna build a good party Falcon with everything in the normal box, but I'm too lazy to fiddle with my current tower CT60..
