This is what you should be seeing on your boot screen:
Atari Falcon/CT60 TOS4.04
68060 Rev.6 Mask xxxxx xx.xxMhz
CT60 Hardware ABEv5M CTCM xx.xxMhz
-------------^^^^^^^
Well NVDI is needed otherwise you'll get a crash because of the blitter, but you can leave Control Panel and whatever "etc" is off for now.
Gembench crashes "sometimes" when doing the FPU test, but not always.
I can't think of anything off the top of my head that you can leave running that will tax the system. I'm sure there will be quite a few suggestions here soon though.
Bigger cooling fan, unlikely. RAM/DSP heatsink definately not. If you have fitted the CPU heatsink yourself, (IE it wasnt glued on by Rodolphe) then I would definately check the seating on that. I was getting crashes until I checked my heatsink and found it was mismounted (though this was on my last linux box ;-))

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
