CTRL-ALT-UNDO will reset nvram back to factory settings. However, if you have the latest flash from didier then apparently the flash parameters will be reset aswell (read earlier post).
Dont know if setting overscan will automatically set rgb mode. If so, you could connect your falcon to a tv or rgb monitor and set it back.
