SDRAM and 100 MHz CT60

I bought today a 512 MB SDRAM PC133 module which allows me a boost up to 100 MHz.
But it doesn't work: CAS Latency unsupported.
Yes, it's CL=3 but I thought it works... At least Didier Mequignon wrote that he's using a 256 MB module PC133 with CL3.
Why doesn't it work with my module?
It's hard to find PC133 CL2 modules... And most of the time it's even not declared.
I don't like to run from dealer to dealer and try out all those possible modules...
