:) very detailed description...you use ctex?
i don't think that ct60 is too movable if not...if yes, you should definitely make some distance holders...
i had all that, random crashes n stuff...but after cleaning contacts and making sure ct60 is fixed, and no pressure or beniding is applied to ct60 board or sdram everything disappeared...
it always helps to have proper airfolow inside the original case ;)
if nothing else helps check the expansion slot pins on the falcon mobo, but this is very unlikely...
i even made internal atx cable and placed an atx connector on the inside just above cartridge port)...atx cable was made out of soft wires adn this helped, too...
give me your email and i can send you some pics so you could get an idea of it and maybe get some ideas how to make your ct60 fixed in one place :)
