Yes, this is a real problem because my PSU cable is quite inflexible. I think that this PSU cable is pressing my board in the closed case after some time.
At the moment I think of two possibilities for my problem:
a) Bad contact of the pins of the expansion port with the CT60.
b) Worse case: Bad contact of at least one pin of the expansion port with the Falcon motherboard.
First IŽll clean the pins and if this is not enough, IŽll try to fix the CT60 board on the SDRAM side. Do you - or another CT60 user - have an idea how can I do this in the original case? Maybe some kind of "distance holder"? But what can I use and where to place?
And the last two questions: Did you have the black screen problem AND sudden crashes as symptoms (like me)? And do you think your problems were only caused by a) and not as well by b)?
