The main problem is than SDR and the 060 are in 32 bits, the SDRAM in 64 bits... And there tracks too long at the right of the SDRAM. If the tracks on SDRAM have the same length and you have just chips on one side it's better. It's also possible than timming added 060/SDR are too long, my limit is 105 MHz.
The concept of the CT60 is originally
for 72 MHz, not 100 MHz. The 060 rev 6 was a surprise. The pin cut on the cy2309 was a trick for better results.
