What is your CPU configuration ?
I tested this game 2-3 years ago on my CT60 at 100MHz and the game was nice with the music and sfx, perhaps with some slowdowns if I moved the cursor sometimes.
Checks the caches setting in the ct60 CPX just in case...
With a midi support (please Saulot, completes your work on your driver :), we could have the game at full speed and the MT32 sound support; better sound than soundblaster and with a better framerate (no need sound emulation) for those who have a CT60 with a CPU at only 66MHz(not rev6)...

An idea at the last minute, I think the latest versions of ScummVM are more greedy in cpu power, maybe the last ports atari too ?
