Nah, don't worry too much. It's just that questions which resemble "can someone do this for me" (where "this" equals a few hundred hours sometimes) are generally not very welcome, since this has become somewhat of a phenomenon on some Atari forums.

Basically, if you want something, start doing it. If you haven't already, install easymint + development tools on your machine. If you're not a C code, grab a random tutorial and make some simple programs. Then grab the Atari Compendium PDF and see if you can write some Atari specific code. Or if you like, install SDL and go from there, almost any tutorial will do.
