Humm, the power supply is a good idea. I'm not sure my PC has any PCI slots anymore. I may have one that it will work in. I really doubt it's the ATI card. The problem looks like transfer corruption on the PCI bus. This would make sense because before I moved the cables around, sometimes the CTPCI doesn't detect my radeon. I think I need to try different cables and placement.
