An old 060 overclocked ? Try to decrease frequency.
The big change is that patches applied by the boot and not the compiler.
There are no support for 68EC060 because PMMU remap always the TOS.
Else the boot test the checksum and has X retry (5 ?) until the checksum is correct (workaround to flash reading problem).
