The boot sequence looks good, CPU frequency is low enough, TOS and ABE/SDR are up to date. There's nothing left to do from your side, I'm afraid.
Just one thing: On the second image, it looks like the CTPCI isn't pushed down completely on the connector on the left side. This could be a problem, but is easy to verify.
