Maybe your THDI line is not grounded.
Check place for sensor (2*4 pins) near ATX connector :
if you see the solder point between 2 pins, it is grounded,
If not, contact me , I will send you a photo to do that yourself.

An other solution may to add the missing parts to get the sensor...
