Re: CTPCI for developers

The latest ABE/SDR versions cause some CT6x to no longer run above 95MHz. Will this be repaired?

My CT63 currently is equipped with the beta ABE/SDR from September 2009 (the one which may have timing issues with some flash chips). With that version, my CT63 runs reliably with at least 108MHz. Can I keep that version with the CTPCI, or is it mandatory to update to the latest?

On a related note, the installation diagram on the top of the page http://pagesperso-orange.fr/didierm/ct60/ctpci-e.htm is outdated, according to http://www.powerphenix.com/ctpci/ATX_drilling.pdf the dimensions of the PCI slot board have been changed. Shouldn't there be 80-wire IDE cables to connect the boards?

With best regards
Ektus
