Yes and no, the 95MHz on some CT60 is with your 108 Mhz ABE/SDR version !
This is some results (max frequency 1H test under MiNT without chashes):
MC68060RC50 MC68060RC60
ABE5L/SDR5E 104.5 104.5
ABE6B/SDR6A 102.75
ABE7C/SDR7A 101.75 99.75
ABE7A (september) not works on CT60-100/ 25MHz (reboot impossible) ABE7C fix this problem.
