Patrice Mandin made a patch to the Flash v1.03c which allow saving to the new flash device. Read his message here:

About overheating: I'm using my CT63 in a standard case with PicoPSU, EtherNAT, harddrive etc and it does not shut down. Could it be the Phantom thing that make things go warm, even in 030 mode? I'd try without that.
