Update:
Thanks for the hint to switch the CT63 OFF to update the data! I booted in 030 mode, used the 1.04 Version MiKro sent to me and changed the clock and the Cache delay option successfully! :)
So it really was this option that made games like Quake horribly slow in normal TOS mode, but itīs solved now!

The second problem i have seems to be an overheating problem. Since my CT63 is in the original Falcon case it gets too hot apparently. I opened the case and started Quake at 90MHz and just waited. It still runs fine now after 2 hours and no switching off so far. So i will have to find a better solution to cool my CT63 in the original case...

Whatever, thank you all for your help!
