CT60 and related things BBS

Well thanks to Nature Brothers, I found out I had a basically healthy CT60 still, but with a CF Card that was happy to work in Falcon 030 mode, but not happy in CT60 mode.
Now I'm after any recommendations for viable CF-cards for the CT60, preferably in the 4-8 GB range. I have a choice of HD Driver 8.23 and 7.80 (The latter recommended by Nature Bros.)
The card I have got is a Kingston card currently.
