It sounds like overheating or bad fastram to be (crashing demos and nvdi).
Just to be on the safe side:
1. Is the casing well ventilated?
2. Have you clocked it down to 66 MHz (or even lower) to be sure it's not an overclock issue?
3. Do you use NVDI 5 (older ones may not work correctly)?
4. Is your fastram module 100% good for the CT60 ?
5. Which version of Xboot? Make sure you settings do not fiddle with CPU caches and such.
6. TOS is already patched and in Flash, I guess you mean NVRAM? Then you can mirror it to Flash with the CT60 config cpx.
7. It is normal that most speed dissapears without cache and fastram.
