I don't want to mess with all VIDEL registers in this case. I know that I can set "STE compatibility" somehow, mainly telling the VIDEL to use the ST color palette instead of the VIDEL one. WHich bits in what register affect that?
My ST init code works ok if run from ST-LOW but seems to miss to activate the palette if run from other resolutions...
And actually register listings for the VIDEL are rather short and lack details...all I want is to tell the VIDEL to go to ST-LOW on all monitors.
I could use XBIOS if I wanted but I don't want to in this case ;)
