Hi,
thanks for your comments, however an e-mail would have been nice. If you've been looking so carefully at the site, the "contact" in the rightmost column should have hit you :)
Anyway, I disagree. I find this site to be one of the most quickloading ones around, at least considering it has some content. In firefox it more or less just blinks when it loads a new page. In highwire it load tons faster than other "scene"-pages I've tried, such as orangejuice and pouet.
dhs.nu took 5 secs to load in highwire (uncached)
the coding bbs took 2.5 secs in highwire (graphics contents cached)
pouet.net took 25 secs to load in highwire (uncached)
Belive it or not, but I've spent quite some time making sure the site works on Atari (highwire) and mainstream browsers on modern platforms. I'm not going to give that up. I consider CAB a dead-end as it's not been developed for eight years, but anyway I installed the latest version of CAB and tested.
dhs.nu loaded in 23 secs (uncached)
the coding bbs loaded in 10 secs (graphics cached)
I saw no double redraws that you mention in CAB, highwire, safari or firefox.
And to end, the 100% is there to make sure the site uses the full browser width, and I ran the main page thru the HTML validator at w3.org, and as expected the background elements in the table cells are not supported, and some & characters in pouet-links get errors.

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
