Bought a Satandisk. Never got round to trying it... Just wanted to own a new piece of Atari-ST compatible hardware! Plus I never got round to buying HDdriver...
Never had a problem with HD access on my UK 1.62 STE - but how could it be worse than 1.2? I connected my SCSI HDD and GEspft host adaptor to my Mega 2 for poops and chuckles a while back... I couldn't believe how long it took to write a file... Like 500 milliseconds for the drive access and another eight seconds to close the file!
