Hi,
I strongly discourage getting a Satandisk. They are slow as fuck and only take one SD card.
The sequel, the UltraSatan is however great. Very quick and you can use two SD cards (one for system and one for file exchange for example).
Lotharek has them in stock as far as I know, a little bit expensive with the boxed version, but it's worth it.

Just one thing to be aware of; some (maybe 1/3 of all STe?) have a faulty DMA chip that prevent hard drives (and as UltraSatan sits on the hard drive DMA port, it affects that as well) to work reliably. I don't believe there is a way to test that before having a hard drive though.
My STe has a fine DMA chip, and I have only positive stuff to tell about the UltraSatan. Using a 8 GB card for system (should be space enough for everything ever made on the ST) and a 2 GB card for file exchange to my "modern" machine. Works a treat.
