AMOS was a port of STOS, there are STe extensions you can get for it, primarily the 'misty' extension I think.

There is GFA Basic which also supports all the STe/TT features 3.6TT version GFA is still being maintained, not by GFA data media though!

There are several archives of GFA code and an 'extension set' called 'Spriteworks, which has a load of demo & STe assembler routines available to call from inside GFA Basic.

For STe high res graphics check out PhotoChrome and Quantum Paint 2, Speed of light and I think Paradox's hicolour Graphics demo

There was an Aussie called 'Moving Pixels' that did some ST / Falcon demos.
