On an odd occasion this happens on real hardware but I'm unsure why as I always use a reset microwire routine in the loader supplied by gwem before running each part of the game (are you using the recommended TOS image?).
9 times out of 10 it plays correctly on real hardware or under STEem. I haven't tried it under Hatari.
I've just tried it under the latest version of SainT and it doesn't like things at all. The left side of the PCS picture is out of sync and the music is ridiculously slow but does play correctly. This is a bit strange as Leonard's STNICCC demo works fine and I'm using the same mod-player.
Of course use real hardware for best results.
