Yup again Zerky,
yeap now the colours are correct. Also noted the bmp2mpp shifts the image four pixels to the left, I assume it's to avoid the overscan stabilizer to screw up the rightmost part of the picture. It's a good thing to know though if you want the picture to be centered :-)
Thanks a lot for fixing it, now time to implement modes 0-2 as well.
BTW, bmp2mpp compiles fine on OS X, but not mpp2bmp, here's the error:

Not that I need the tool, but could perhaps be good to know.
