well, i love the cool side of floppy DMA loaders from the old days :)

but it is nice to have prods which are harddisk loadable as well, for the 'ease of use'

c64 and 8bit atari demos are available which use the wild abilities of expanded hardware. i think its cool to explore the possibilities of something like satandisk, or indeed a normal harddisk. something like streaming audio or polygon vertices could be an application.

even if no one experiments with the demo possibilities of harddisks, the satandisk is still a very useful thing.

i would have somethings to say on the craptalk in the other thread, but lets leave that.
