Well, i just gave up on Paypal and went for the IBAN option instead, despite havoc mumbling something on irc that it wouldnt work atm...
And it didnt :P The BIC address was bad according to my bank. But searching Rabobank in the BIC register gave a list of Rabobank BIC addresses in Utrecht, starting with the same letters as the one you name on the Outline web. So i took a wild chance and transferred the money to the first one - RABONL2UXXX.
Hope this will work out. Please someone kill me if it doesnt ;)
