seconded! if you buy a ticket, but are forced to cancel it before the party starts, get in touch asap and we can refund it, minus exchange fees and such (if any).
the main reason for the prepay system is to know how to allocate the limited number of beds we have available. this is becoming increasingly prudent as the number of public registrations is at 90 at this moment, and about a dozen people have announced they intend to show up without registering on our webpage. (so yep, by all means, we do expect this edition of outline to be the largest in the history of the event...)
