Well, I guess that it is not very hard to port Hatari to the CT60, I've once already successfully done a port to Aranym, see:

However, speed might be a real issue since Hatari normally needs a CPU with more than 200 MHz to run fast enough. But maybe it is possible to use some tricks on a real Atari, e.g. not to use the full PSG emulation of Hatari but to use the real PSG of the Falcon for the emulated system, too.
So if somebody wants to do a port of Hatari to the CT6x (I don't have a CT6x, so I can't do it on my own), please don't hesistate to ask me questions when you run into problems - I might be able help.
