This happens to everyone, and it's a STUPID default setting in the CT60.
When starting a program, the CT60-TOS switches off the CPU-caches in case the executable in packed - some depackers crash on 030/040/060.
Then the CT60-TOS waits X number of VBLS and then switches on the caches again. The problem is that the demo has already started and the caches are not switched back on. So you see the demos running on a 060 without caches, that's why the speed is so terrible.
Solution: Go into the CT60 cpx panel and switch off the cache delay CRAP.
