Ok, I got the 40Gb IDE disk today. It does seem to work (so far so good, board/bus is speeded to 25mhz too) but for one reason or the other I can't get the Falcon to use more than 8Gb from it.
While talking to Deez on IRC he mentioned he had the very same limitation on his setup. Anyone have any idea what is causing this 8Gb limit?
