Cooling CT60
Posted by: Falcon060 Mar,04.2008-19:01

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone else has done any extreme cooling on their CT60 or CT63? At the moment I have a CT60 and a CT63 both with 100 mhz CPU's clocked at 98 mhz or better. I have had both boards running at 99 mhz or better for hours. This is with a stock cooling heat sink and fan provided by Rodolphe. I was thinking of investing in a Peltier cooler but wanted to see if anyone else has done any other type of extreme cooling for their CT60. Example: water cooling, much larger heat sink and fan combination (Copper or aluminum) and or a Peltier cooler. I have seen Didier's setup but not sure I want to head down the road of water cooling. I have found Peltier coolers look quite simple to hook up and could offer excellent cooling. Anyone elses thoughts and pictures would be appreciated.

Below is a link to an example of a Peltier Cooler.
