Hello Keith,
I would stay with Kingston or a better name brand memory. The key is to get one that is CL2 as J.F said. If you can find a 512mb PC133 CL2 latency that would be the best. I bought a ValueRam module from Kingston that had all of the above specs with a CL latency of 2/3. Not sure what that means entirely but mine has worked since the original CT60 came to me. Which has been some 5 years now at least. If you wish me to send you a picture with a model number just let me know.
