I had the same problem, cos I recently installed a new easymint.
goto /opt/toswin2/
and look at the flags of tw-call.prg (ls -l tw-call.prg)
they should be r-xr-xr-x
mine were r--r--r--.
Once I changed them (chmod +x tw-call.prg) it worked fine.
