Read xaaes.cnf, some hints are there. (640x480x8bpp is 27)
While we're on the subject, I tried yesterday to boot my system with videlity installed and a custom resolution. I read in xaaes.cnf that you need to set the higher bit of the video mode and the number of desired cols in order to use centscreen's settings. I did that and the result wasn't the expected. Now I know I didn't use centscreen as written in the cnf file, but these programs should do the same thing? Anyone can share their experience in setting up a higher resolution with mint + xaaes?
