By "ROM port" I assume you mean a cartridge port like the ST.
No, it doesn't have one. I think the design philosphy with the Milan was to use
PC-like parts to keep costs down and simplify the design. The standard ports are mouse, keyboard, RS232 and parallel, with IDE, pci and isa ports inside. I've added a pci SCSI card.
