well i dont think that any CYANO ACRYLic glue is reccomended! Not at all! It must be special glue for HEATSINK, Thermoglue that you should buy in any Electronic Shop, Or alternatively it can be special Copper Foil. Personally i use such a foil and it works great with some PENTIUM 90 heatsink.
Always be careful when youo operate on openhearted CT60, there's not so many...
