Well I already tried 2 different PSUs, and the same thing happens. I tend to think that it's down to the power-on delay that the Falcon does. Adding a capacitor close to the reset switch, like Rodolphe says only adds more delay during resets. So my idea is that some Falcons have bigger capacitors that produce that delay without extra tikering.
