Hmm, I've done it 2 or 3 times by accident but it hasn't done anything in my Falcon.
But the rest of the symptoms are the standard power-up routine here!
Here's what I do during power up
a)Turn power on
b)Black screen (nothing)
c)I press and hold reset for 5 seconds or more (important!)
d)CT60 logo appears
e)information about cpu is shown, no logo, then freeze
f)I press reset again (5 seconds not needed this time)
g)Success, machine boots :)
And I have done this from the first boot :)
Luckily I read http://www.czuba-tech.com/CT60/english/fitting63.htm (look at the bottom of the page regarding the reset delay).
I installed another capacitor as Rodolphe suggests, but I think it needs a bit more delay (it gives me about 4 secs).
