I had this problem. The answer was to put the hostname and ipaddress that has the share in the /etc/hosts file, and use the hostname instead of an ipaddress: shlight //hostname/share/ /mnt -U <username>

BUT even wth this, Sharity doesnt work on my system, complains about mount request to kernel failed, and nfs mount /h/mnt Function not implemented.
